Certification: so you think you’re an expert? Here’s your chance to show the world. Microsoft’s End User Certification (Microsoft Office Specialist) is an internationally recognised certification. Each certification is achieved by successfully completing a rigorous assessment. Once you think you’re an expert check the Microsoft website to review your skills, then simply book a testing session. To complete a test you will require photo ID and a Microsoft User ID and password.

What’s in the fine print?

• You can only choose from the sessions shown on the website
• Bookings are only accepted online with payment via credit card or with a pre-purchased voucher code
• A $50 rescheduling fee applies to all changes
• You must select the test you wish to complete at the time you make the booking
• Microsoft determine the pass rate of each test and issue certification to those achieving the appropriate score
• Reimbursement of fees for unsuccessful attempts is not possible. To re-sit a test a new session must be purchased
